HONOLULU-The Bascom Group has paid $73.5 million for the Oasis at Waipahu Apartments, a 406-unit multifamily complex in Hawaii. This is the sixth property the Irvine, California-based real estate investment firm has bought in Hawaii.

David Kim, Managing Partner of Bascom Group, said that the company was fortunate to buy the Hawaii apartment complex. Entrada Partners will handle the onsite property management. The Oasis project was earlier sold for $63.25 million in March 2008. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
