DUNEDIN, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a multifamily property in Dunedin. A partnership has sold Logarto Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 188 units at 257 Milwaukee Ave., to a private investor.
