SEATTLE-Publicis Groupe, an advertising agency based in France, has decided to remain in the West Tower building in Seattle. The agency has renewed its lease and added 52,000 square feet of space in West Tower at 424 2nd Ave. W.
With the new 11-year lease, Publicis' total square footage in the building has reached 122,000 square feet. The building is owned by Martin Selig Real Estate.
