TINLEY PARK, IL-Ryan Cos., a real estate firm based in Minneapolis, has sold Brookside Marketplace, a 560,695-square-foot shopping center in Tinley Park, for $47.4 million. DDR Corp., a retail investor based in Beachwood, Ohio, was the buyer of the retail center located near the junction of Harlem Avenue and Interstate 80.
