CHANDLER, AZ-Scottsdale-based Butte Cos. is spending $35 million in a proposed mixed-use project in Chandler. The developer will construct 222 apartments on McClintock Drive on the north side of Chandler Boulevard.
The project will also include a Wi-Fi coffee shop and wine bar and a dog park. Phoenix-based Todd & Associates is the architect, Scottsdale-based MT Builders is the contractor and Scottsdale-based Lawrence Lake Interiors is managing the interior design.
