NASHVILLE-A three-building office complex in the Airport South submarket of Nashville has changed hands. The Davidson County property records reported that Corporate Park Investment Partners has bought 442 Metroplex Drive in the Metroplex business park at Interstate 24 and Harding Place for an amount of $1.4 million.
The three buildings, which total more than 72,000 square feet of space, are 57% occupied. The property was sold by U.S. Bank National Association. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
