BOSTON-Genzyme Corporation is renewing its 82,490 square-foot lease at 55 Cambridge Parkway according to a recent statement. The biotech firm will stay put in the class A office property which is located right along the Charles River. Cassify Turley represented Genzyme in the transaction.
According to a the company, Mike Brown, senior managing direction at Cassidy Turley says, “We were happy to assist this cutting-edge company with its latest site selection process…we hope our role in facilitating this lease agreement will continue to position this indispensable company for future success.”
The building is nine stories high and was built in 1985. It has a four-story atrium lobby and on-site covered parking.
