HOUSTON-Dallas-based Granite Properties will start construction on a speculative office building in the Westchase submarket of Houston. Granite Briarpark Green, a 12-story, 300,000-square-foot office building, will come up on a 4-acre site at 3141 Briarpark Drive.
The new building will be located beside the PGAL Architects-owned Briarpark Green building. PGAL is the designer and Hoar Construction is the general contractor for the project, which is seeking for LEED Gold certification. Granite will start the project in the next 60 days.
