
LOS ANGELES-Homer Williams, a Portland developer, debuts his latest hotel project in downtown Los Angeles. Immigrant investors funded the $172-million, 22-story hotel project in southern California.
Williams & Dame Development, along with its partners, financed the Marriott project in Los Angeles through the federal government's EB-5 program.
