BOSTON-Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Vertex Pharmaceuticals has signed a temporary lease for 56,000 square feet of space at One Marina Park Drive. The company, which is currently constructing two buildings at Fan Pier, is leasing the 12th and 13th floors of Joseph Fallon's 18-story glass tower.
Vertex started construction on the two buildings totaling 1.1 million square feet on Fan Pier Boulevard and Northern Avenue in June. The buildings are scheduled to be completed in 2013. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
