PHILADELPHIA-A 16,000-square-foot building situated on Walnut Street in Center City has changed hands for $1.92 million. B&M Leasing has purchased the four-story building at 1222-1224 Walnut St. from the Girard Estate.
Stapler Dress & Drape housed its operations at the building for decades. The property, bought by the estate in 2007, was vacant at closing. The new owner has plans to redevelop the property.
