SAN FRANCISCO-Home Depot is planning to construct a new store in San Francisco's Bayview District. The retailer has filed an application to construct a 120,000-square-foot store on an industrial parcel at 1901 Cesar Chavez St.

Webcor is currently using the parcel as staging for its erection of the San Francisco General Hospital. Until 2009, the Fang family used the 50,000-square-foot building as a printing facility. The new store will create 175 jobs. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
