NEW YORK CITY-Ippolita is taking the space of Damiani at 796 Madison Ave. The Italian jeweler has leased 500 square feet at the Madison Avenue building situated between East 67th and East 68th streets for a tiny store.
The asking rent was $1,100 per square foot, but the deal was closed for $1,000 per square foot. The property is owned by Parkoff Organization.
