NEW YORK CITY-Yardley, Pennsylvania-based Journal Register Co. is opening its first official Manhattan location. The news provider has inked a lease for seven years with Savanna for 9,800 square feet of office space at 5 Hanover Square.
Journal Register will occupy the entire top floor space of the 25-story building in July. The asking rent for the space was $37 per square foot. Byrnam Wood represented the tenant and Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the owner in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
