ARLINGTON, TX-Auto Parts Distribution International LLC has leased approximately 310,000 square feet at Pioneer 360 Business Center, a 1.2 million-square-foot industrial park in Arlington. The auto parts wholesaler has inked a long-term lease for the industrial space at 2900 E. Pioneer Pkwy.
With the new lease, the occupancy rate at Pioneer 360 Business Center will reach 85%. NAI Robert Lynn's Craig Jones represented the wholesaler, while Stream Realty Partners' Bates Arnot and Cannon Green represented owner Clarion Partners in the lease transaction.
