ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Colliers International Tampa Bay has negotiated a lease deal in St. Petersburg on behalf of The TJX Cos., the tenant. The TJX Cos. has leased a retail space measuring 27,971 square feet in the Crossroads Shopping Center at 66th St. N. and 22nd Avenue.
Northwoods Limited Partnership is the owner of the shopping center. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Colliers International Tampa Bay's Jim Kovacs and the landlord was represented by The Sembler Co.'s Frank Militello. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
