FAIRFAX, VA-Avison Young has negotiated an office lease on University Drive in Fairfax. Virginia Business reported that the Fairfax Innovation Center has leased 29,220 square feet at 4031 University Drive for 10 years.
The center will join the Mason Enterprise Center and George Mason University in the five-story building. Avison Young negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
