TAMPA, FL-The U.S. Geological Survey Florida Water Science Center has signed a lease for 21,000 square feet of space in ComPark75 at 4446 Pet Lane in Pasco County. The center will bring 60 jobs to Pasco County.
HR Pasco LLC is the owner of the Pasco County industrial building. The USGS is expecting to move into the newly leased space by August. Heidi Tuttle-Beisner, the Commercial Asset Partners Realty broker, represented HR Pasco in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
