GAITHERSBURG, MD-A long-awaited apartment complex will come soon in Gaithersburg. The Gazette reported that City Council and Gaithersburg's mayor sanctioned the amendment to the proposed plan for the Spectrum apartment complex.
The Spectrum will be constructed at the corner of Frederick Avenue and Watkins Mill Road. The project will bring approximately 700 apartment units, retail and restaurants to Gaithersburg.
