WASHINGTON, DC-Shorenstein, a real estate investor based in San Francisco, has listed Hamilton Square, a nine-story office building at 600 14th St. NW, on the market for sale. The company has retained New York-based Eastdil Secured to market the old Garfinkel's Department Store.

The 248,500-square-foot building was constructed in 1929 and redeveloped in 1999. Eastdil is expecting that the landmark building will fetch over $200 million, or approximately $805 per square foot. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
