
CLEVELAND-The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that a Willoughby company is purchasing a 21-story office structure in downtown Cleveland with plans to convert it into over 220 apartments. K&D Group is looking for tax credits as well as other financing for the $65-million development.
K&D Group is planning to turn the East Ohio Building at the edge of Superior Avenue and East Ninth Street into 223 apartments. The company inked a contract to buy the building from a New York-based real estate firm. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
