
WASHINGTON, DC-Minshall Stewart Properties has become the new owner of a Class A office property in Washington, DC. The company has paid $62 million for the office building measuring approximately 156,800 square feet at 2001 L St., N.W.
The property was sold by Equity L Street LLC, a Dweck Properties entity. The 10-story tower, opened in 1985, is situated in the city's Golden Triangle area. Transwestern orchestrated the sale on behalf of Equity L Street. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
