SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA-Rancho Mission Viejo LLC has selected a mix of homebuilders to develop the first new collection of homes near the company's headquarters. In recent months, the developer has been overseeing an early-stage infrastructure and ground work in South County.
A new 690-acre residential development, known as Sendero, is expected to be opened along Ortega Highway in summer 2013. The project will comprise approximately 940 homes and 200 apartments. It will also have homes for aged people. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
