ALBANY, NY-New residential apartments are coming up in Cohoes, New York. Jeff Myers proprietor of Cohoes-based Sheltertherm Builders LLC is developing two, 42-unit apartment buildings on Saratoga Street.
The new project is known as City Lofts of Cohoes. These apartment units will be the latest addition to the real estate market in the city.
