DURHAM, NC-Crescent Resources is working on a 303-unit apartment project on Hillsborough Road in Durham. The Charlotte-based developer started the Circle Ninth Street project earlier this year.
Crescent is building a 155,000-square-foot office structure in Nashville, Tennessee, and has plans for Two Greenway Centre in the Cool Springs community. Besides Crescent's project, many other development activities are progressing in the Triangle area.
