BIRMINGHAM, UK-LXB Retail Properties has achieved a planning consent to build the Banbury Gateway Retail Park, a 295,000-square-foot shopping park at Wildmere Road situated on the northern corner of Banbury. Cherwell District Council members have approved the plans for the new shopping park.
The Banbury Gateway Retail Park will contain 10 retail units and 3 restaurant/cafe units. It will be constructed on roughly 12 acres of land. Last year, LXB exchanged contracts to acquire the Wildmere Road site from Prodrive. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
