
NEW YORK CITY-Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center has leased 100,000 square feet of space at 650 Madison Ave for 10 years. The 27-story office tower is owned by a partnership that includes China Investment Corp., AREA Property Partners, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. and the Carlyle Group.
Memorial Sloan-Kettering will occupy the space that currently houses ColumbiaDoctors next year. It will use the space for seeing patients.
