CHARLESTON, TN-Amazon.com, which started construction on a new distribution facility in Middle Tennessee last week, is now preparing to expand its existing distribution facility in East Tennessee. The Chattanooga Times Free Press reported that the Internet giant will add 150,000 cubic feet of storage to its existing distribution center in Charleston.
The online retailer has also added 100 jobs at the facility. Amazon's Chattanooga facility is also expanding and it will be completed by mid-summer. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
