NEW YORK CITY-Brass Monkey has grabbed a next door space on Little West 12th Street for expansion. The bar and restaurant has inked a lease for 15 years with Gottlieb Real Estate for 2,400 square feet of space at 53 Little W. 12th St.
Sean Cunningham, owner of Brass Monkey, is planning to use a section of the space for a possible retail concept and the remaining 1,300-square-foot space for additional bar seating. CBRE Group Inc. brokered the lease deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
