NOBLESVILLE, IN-Verus Partners will start construction on a new manufacturing and distribution facility in Noblesville for Helmer Inc. The 137,500-square-foot facility will be built on a 10-acre site on the Saxony Corporate Campus.
The site will help the manufacturer to accommodate its expanding operations. Helmer is expecting to occupy the industrial facility by Q4 2012.
