CAROL STREAM, IL-Kerry Ingredients & Flavours has inked a lease to occupy an entire warehouse property in west suburban Carol Stream. The food company has leased the 298,123-square-foot warehouse in the Carol Point Business Center at 284-314 E. Lies Road from the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio.
The Carol Stream building will serve as a distribution center and warehouse for Kerry Ingredients, a division of Kerry Group PLC. Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Kerry. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
