PARIS-Klepierre has leased the entire space in the Equilis building at 46 rue Camille Desmoulins to Safran. The seven-story building, situated in Issy-les-Moulineaux, comprises 174,073 square feet of space and 416 parking places.
Safran has signed the lease for nine years and the deal will start from September 1, 2012. The Equilis building is under renovation and the works will be completed in late July.
