DENVER-The Lowry Redevelopment Authority, which will take control of the final piece of tract at the Buckley Annex property, has unveiled development plans for the site. The proposed plans call for nearly 200,000 square feet of retail and office space, 800 residential units, which will include townhomes, apartments and single-family homes, and a 4.5-acre community park.

The 70-acre site is situated on the corner of Monaco Parkway and 1st Avenue, on the other side of Crestmoor Park. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
