JACKSONVILLE, FL-Mattamy Homes U.S. Group has recently bought 100 home sites in Ponte Vedra. The sites, located at Kelly Pointe at Nocatee, will be turned into homes with three, four and five bedrooms.
The size of the new homes will range between 1,900 square feet and 2,700 square feet and prices will start in the low $200,000s. Construction is set to begin for two model homes, which will be opened in August. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
