FEDERAL WAY, WA-Pathfinder Partners LLC, an investment firm based in San Diego, has acquired The View at Redondo, a 78-unit apartment complex in Federal Way, for $5.1 million. This is the third acquisition for the firm in the Seattle area in past nine months.
Pathfinder bought the apartment community from a private lender. The company earlier bought the loan on a 29-unit condo development in Kirkland and the loan on a 12-unit townhome development in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
