
PITTSBURGH-PMC Property Group has bought the Regional Enterprise Tower, a 30-story office building in Downtown Pittsburgh. The Philadelphia-based company has acquired the skyscraper, formerly known as the Alcoa Building, for $7 million.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported that PMC is planning to make the upper floors of the Regional Enterprise Tower into apartments. The existing tenants in the upper floors will shift to the lower floors to make way for new apartments. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times .
