LEIPZIG, GERMANY-EPISO LP, a fund co-advised by AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partners, has bought Forum am Bruhl, a 285,243-square-foot office complex in Leipzig. The company has purchased the property through its Luxembourg entity and along with Berlin-based caleus capital investors gmbh (caleus).
The office complex, constructed in 1997, contains 222 parking units and it is situated within the historic center of Leipzig, across the main railway station. Forum am Bruhl was sold by RREEF. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
