CHICAGO-A suburban auto dealer is getting ready to open a Fiat showroom along the Kennedy Expressway in Chicago. Fiat of Chicago has signed a 10-year lease 12,900 square feet of space on the ground floor of R+D 659, a 15-story condo tower at 647 W. Randolph St.
The Fiat dealer is hoping to open the showroom by July. The condo building was developed by Chicago-based Mesirow Financial. James Ascot from Chicago-based Ascot Realty Group Inc. represented the tenant in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
