ST. LOUIS-The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that developer Brian Hayden is preparing to reopen the old WS Hotel downtown as apartments after completing a $6.5-million redevelopment. Mike and Steven Roberts had intended to develop the property at 400 Washington into a hotel, but they listed the building for sale last year.
The project, now known as Gallery 400, comprises 78 apartments. The building includes studio, single- and double-bedroom units. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
