NEW YORK CITY-Lebanon, New Hampshire-based HW Carter & Sons General Store has leased a raw industrial space in Williamsburg for a new store. The work clothes outfitter has leased 2,400 square feet at 127 N. Sixth St.
Retail asking rents in the Williamsburg area are about $50 per square foot. Thor High Street Advisors, Joseph Sitt's company, represented the tenant, while Reliant Realty broker Robert Gitto represented the building owner in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post .
