NORTHBROOK, IL-The owner of Northbrook's Caremark Towers has sold one office building in the two-tower complex. Chicago-based Syndicated Equities Group LLC and Skokie-based White Oak Realty Partners LLC bought Caremark I, a 171,301-square-foot building at 2215 Sanders Road, from New York-based Angelo Gordon & Co. and Chicago-based Fulcrum Asset Advisors LLC.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but a source said that the Syndicated and White Oak joint venture paid approximately $22 million or roughly $128 per square foot for the five-story building. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
