CINCINNATI-Kao USA Inc. is moving its corporate headquarters from 2535 Spring Grove Ave. to the 312 Plum Street Building in downtown Cincinnati. The beauty care manufacturer has inked a long-term lease with a joint venture between Birmingham, Alabama-based Harbert Management Corp. and Nashville-based Smith/Hallemann Partners for 55,000 square feet of office space at 312 Plum Street.
