DORAL, FL-Shoma Group and The Related Group are planning to develop a 48-acre site within the Park Square at Doral project. The first phase of the development, which will contain retail and residences, is expected start by the end of this year.
The project will comprise nearly 400 residential units in a six-story building and an open-air mall with local shops, dining and entertainment and anchor stores. The Park Square at Doral site at 3470 N.W. 82nd Ave. was bought an LLC. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
