NEW YORK CITY-Two office buildings in New York are being marketed by their owners for sale. The 520,000-square-foot building at 180 Water St. and the 110,000-square-foot building at 45 E. 53rd St. are being marketed for $180 million and $120 million, respectively.

The Water Street property, built in 1971, is currently leased to the city's Human Resources Administration. The E. 53rd Street property, developed in 1991, is held by Banco Santander.
