
SAN FRANCISCO-Miami-based Crescent Heights has pocketed another development site in San Francisco. The developer, which already owns land at 45 Lansing St. and 1401 Market St., has bought the entitled building site at 325 Fremont St. for $4.85 million from Angotti & Reilly.
The Rincon Hill site was permitted for 70 units. Crescent Heights is building a 750-unit complex on Market Street and the Lansing Street site is permitted for 227 units. Pacific Union International represented Angotti & Reilly in the deal. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
