ARLINGTON, VA-Washington, DC-based Gould Property Co. is preparing to redevelop Rosslyn Plaza in Arlington with more than 2 million square feet of apartments, offices, shops and hotel rooms. On February 13, Gould and its partner New York-based Vornado Realty Trust submitted plans to replace four office structures and two residential buildings with a complex comprising a new residential and hotel tower as well as three new office buildings.
