ST. LOUIS-Inland American Lodging Group Inc., an affiliate of Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc., has acquired Hilton St. Louis Downtown, an eight-story hotel at 400 Olive Street in downtown St. Louis, for $22.6 million. The seller was APHM St. Louis LLC.
The building comprises 195 guest rooms and 4,500 square feet of meeting space. Recently, Inland American purchased three hotels in Georgia, Kentucky and Texas from DimondRock Hospitality for $262.5 million and a Marriott hotel in San Francisco for $108 million.
