LONDON-Land Securities is selling its Arundel Great Court site in London for GBP 234 million. The company has exchanged agreements to sell the 3.3-acre site to Waterway PCP Properties Ltd.
The Arundel Great Court parcel has planning permission for 147 apartments, a hotel and 398,000 square feet of office building on the Strand.
