PLANO, TX-A pension fund has acquired Legacy Drive Village, a community shopping center spanning 138,154 square feet at the northeast corner of Independence Parkway and Legacy Drive in Plano, for an undisclosed price. The property was sold by Legacy Village Associates Ltd.
A Kroger Signature store is the anchor tenant at Legacy Drive Village. The Weitzman Group will remain as the leasing agent for the center under the new ownership. Cencor Realty Services developed the center in 1994. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
