CHICAGO-Don Wilson is expanding the Esquire Theater redevelopment on Oak Street by demolishing two vintage buildings and replacing them with retail space. A venture headed by Wilson has already started construction on the project at 58-68 E. Oak St.
The Esquire project will have nearly 33,000 square feet and Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House will occupy the second and third floors of the building. Wilson's firm, DRW Holdings LLC, will seek $300 per square foot for the retail space. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
